Are you a 'People person'? Do you have an interest in media? Would you like to work with a network of media partners to help young people? If the answer is yes, yes, yes, then this placement is for you. Talk 2 Dan is giving you the opportunity to undergo a Marketing placement.

Talk 2 Dan is a recruitment and consultancy agency that helps young people aged 16-25 break into the media industry. We help young people secure work experience and jobs within the media industry.

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for creating and delivering content across all our social media channels. You'll work closely with our network of media partners to...

• Plan, prepare & attend meetings and partner events.

• Create social media content for Talk 2 Dan events and social media (using Adobe Suite).

• Create content for our weekly newsletter and  email campaigns.

• Develop new partnerships with brands & media companies.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing E.g. using social media to connect with young audiences.

• An understanding of marketing campaigns (planning, content design and scheduling).

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite - specifically Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Experience working in the event sector and with a diverse range of people.

• Able to demonstrate initiative, multitask and also have a keen eye for detail

• Able to communicate, be vocal and discuss ideas

• A driven/motivated self starter with a genuine passion for the media industry

• Organised, with strong presentation & writing skills

• Dependable & open to working on new innovative ideas
